Sarah Miller

Sarah launched FitGuide Weekly in 2020 to bridge the gap between complex sports science and daily habit building. Her philosophy is rooted in the belief that fitness is a lifelong skill, not a temporary challenge, and every routine she designs is built on evidence-based strength and recovery principles.

Her coaching style balances two worlds — the high-intensity effort required for growth, and the restorative care needed for longevity. What unites them is a focus on consistent, intentional movement: structured training plans, science-backed nutrition, and habits developed through years of coaching diverse athletes.

Today, Sarah leads a dedicated team of experts at FitGuide, where she continues to refine our training methodologies and mentor the next generation of fitness professionals.
